About SplitKit messages
I got a text message about my results — is this real?
Yes — SplitKit is the participant-experience platform your race timer uses. The SMS fires the second you cross the finish mat. Here's how to verify it.
How do I stop receiving messages from SplitKit?
Reply STOP and we'll never message that number again — for any race, any timer. We only send one SMS and one email per finish; there are no follow-ups.
My results
My results page shows the wrong time
Your timer enters and corrects results in their timing software. SplitKit picks up the change automatically — corrections usually appear within a few minutes.
I didn't finish the race but got an SMS anyway
SMS fires at the chip read on the finish mat. If your chip pinged the mat (or someone else carried it across), we'll send the text. Corrections come from the race timer.
My Finisher's Pack
I bought the Finisher's Pack but my certificate isn't showing
We generate your artifacts after purchase — the certificate and share card appear within 15–30 seconds, the detailed performance PDF can take about a minute. The page updates by itself.
My share card won't load or download
The share card is a 1080×1080 image. If it's still showing a 'designing' placeholder more than a couple minutes after purchase, refresh once or use the Regenerate button.
Refunds & charges
I was charged but I don't see my Finisher's Pack
Use the same URL the SMS or email sent you to — that link is the access token. If you opened the page on another device, just open the original link there.
How do I get a refund?
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the certificate hasn't been downloaded. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email support to request one.
